PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Commerce Support team is the third level of support providing answers to functional questions and resolving technical issues for SAP Ariba clients. We are looking for a colleague, a university student or graduate to help with the administrative tasks on the team.


ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Administrative tasks
  • Email communication with customers
  • Distribution of customer tickets to support engineers
  • After successful onboarding possibility of procurement related requests. (catalog replication, parameters modification, log gathering,)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Fluent English, excellent writing skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Common sense and logical thinking
  • Ability to work during specified time 
  • General IT knowledge

Additional skills

  • IT understanding
  • Procurement understanding

WORK EXPERIENCE

Prior work experience helpful but not mandatory
