Meet your team

The Material Data Operations Team is part of the Intelligent Data Management organization in CPIT. We play a vital role in delivering trusted product data to the business through giving product data objects a purpose, establishing data standards with the business process owners, and ensuring that data flows are managed across the entire SAP process and systems landscapes. This is the foundation on which the team operates.

The team is global and diverse consisting of License & Service product materials experts, located in Czech Republic, Argentina, Germany, USA, and Philippines.

 

About the role

We seek a Global Data Operations senior specialist responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of corporate data focused on the products. The individual is responsible for responding to requests from our lines of business in field and Backoffice concerning product data topics, resolving potential issues, running data projects, and ensuring availability of high-quality Meta-data.

 

What you’ll do

  • Act as the single point of contact for our stakeholders to drive them through success.
  • Drive material data operations running projects, and report on progress.
  • Drive Data integrity to support all LOBs materials.
  • Enable the field on Solutions usage when quotations materials are blocked.
  • Troubleshoot and Identify solutions data issues and propose solutions.
  • Check materials lifecycle, and research if the Field are allowed to sell the solutions.
  • Research and provide guidance for renewals quotations upon request, to achieve a compliant BOM.
  • Work closely with ISP, CRM, Harmony, SSF, and PLAs guidelines.
  • Work closely with governance, EDT, BM&P, Sales teams, to enable business continuity.
  • Regularly performs checks and audits of data to ensure data is accurate and complete and takes corrective steps.
  • Act as innovative team player supporting current runway, and future NGCS.

 

 

What you bring

  • Experience in deals Operations, commercialization, Deal desk, O2I, Sales & Pre-sales, or data management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and project driven character.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
  • Ability to self-organize and prioritize.
  • SAP CRM/CPQ and ISP systems experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
