What you’ll do
- Spearhead our cash collection efforts to optimize SAP Cash Flow by effectively managing open receivables.
- Focus on building strong relationships with our strategic UK customers, contributing to the growth of the EMEA region.
- Engage daily with customers and SAP internal departments, including Commercial teams, Billing department, Sales Community, Controlling, and others.
- Investigate billing and contractual discrepancies, ensuring timely payments and smooth transactions.
- Identify potential risks and ensure prompt escalation to management for resolution.
- Achieve Cash Collection KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our processes.
What you bring
- Fluent English
- Financial background (proven experience in accounts receivable management)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Professional knowledge of the MS Suite (basic formulas and understanding in Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Solution oriented and self-driven with an innovative approach to address daily challenges with a focus on results
- Open for change with an agile mindset and demonstrating resilience
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, readiness to learn from others
