What you’ll do

• Spearhead our cash collection efforts to optimize SAP Cash Flow by effectively managing open receivables.
• Focus on building strong relationships with our strategic UK customers, contributing to the growth of the EMEA region.
• Engage daily with customers and SAP internal departments, including Commercial teams, Billing department, Sales Community, Controlling, and others.
• Investigate billing and contractual discrepancies, ensuring timely payments and smooth transactions.
• Identify potential risks and ensure prompt escalation to management for resolution.
• Achieve Cash Collection KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our processes.

What you bring

• Fluent English
• Financial background (proven experience in accounts receivable management)
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Professional knowledge of the MS Suite (basic formulas and understanding in Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Solution oriented and self-driven with an innovative approach to address daily challenges with a focus on results
• Open for change with an agile mindset and demonstrating resilience
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, readiness to learn from others
• Willingness to learn and grow
