What you'll do:

As a Finance Operations Associate within Procure Travel Pay, Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks around processing of incoming vendor invoices.

Day-to-day tasks include:

• Posting of incoming vendor invoices
• Vendor accounts maintenance, incl. open items management and account reconciliation
• Conduct monthly account closing procedures for accounts payable
• Respond to queries (internal and external)
• Contact vendors via email and internal ticketing system
• Close cooperation and communication with internal customers and SAP entities

Good written and spoken English
Previous Accounts payable experience is good to have 
Business or finance education is an advantage
