Finance Specialist for Group Consolidation

What you'll do

We are looking for a Finance Specialist for consolidation in the Corporate Financial Reporting (CFR) team. You will be part of a small team responsible for the preparation of high quality, IFRS-compliant, consolidated financial statements with SAP S/4 HANA for Group Reporting and the Cash Flow statement.

Responsibilities:
 

• Calculate and process accurate and appropriate consolidation adjustments with SAP S/4 HANA for Group Reporting.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations related to consolidation and group reporting and ensure compliance within the organization.
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams & IT and other teams involved in the preparation of the consolidated accounts.
• Identify and take forward process improvements in relation to the design of the consolidation process.

What you bring
 

• University degree or equivalent in finance/accounting.
• Experience in financial accounting, a corporate financial reporting environment or at an audit firm is preferred.
• Experience in consolidation is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in using SAP financial reporting tools and software is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement process improvements.
• Good communication skills for communication to auditors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
