PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As part of Global Licensing, the department Global Licensing – the SBO (special bid offering) team is supporting the inbound licensing team managing all tasks around opportunity specific amendments to global contracts with third party vendors, whose IP is integrated into SAP software or Cloud offering or distributed as a reselling product. This is done in close cooperation with the business owner, partner success, solex, global legal, global controlling, field areas etc. It requires comprehensive support to the partner success teams and sales force with a focus on quality, time, and adherence to compliance.

 

What you´ll do

  • Ensure full and timely business support.
  • Act as contact for Royalty Management, Solex, Partner Success, Finance and Sales for all questions related to SBO/CTPO
  • Independently runs SBO/CTPO and third-party licensing process, including alignment with requestors (customer specific amendments to inbound licensing agreements with third party providers)
  • Support contract management
  • Support SOX audit process
  • Continuous strives to optimize internal processes
  • Support internal projects and complex ad-hoc tasks
  • Ability to develop and provide trainings/enablement sessions

  • General expertise regarding Finance & Administration topics
  • Very high service attitude while making no compromises on compliance
  • Above average ability to work under pressure. Ability to come up with pragmatic solutions
  • Assertiveness and reliability.
  • High customer, solution, and quality orientation
  • High ability to work in a team and the desire to successfully collaborate with other departments
  • Very good knowledge of MS Word
  • Very good English communication abilities in oral and written form

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of legal issues regarding License Agreements and Maintenance
  • Knowledge of SAP license and maintenance contracts
  • Knowledge of SAP system (ISP incl. CMS)
  • Experience in contracting and/or controlling

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • General expertise regarding Finance & Administration topics
  • Preferably experience in project management 
  • Preferably expertise in the financial accounting / financial management

 

The position can be filled as part time position.
