Purpose & Objectives
The Strategies & Operations GTM Unit ensures efficient supplier management, risk assessment, and compliance while driving seamless operations and innovation. Our team fosters trust, authenticity, inclusivity, integrity, and courage in every interaction.


Role Overview
As a Global Operational Supplier Manager, you will manage third-party risk assessments, ensuring smooth supplier operations, compliance, and performance tracking. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, driving efficiency and mitigating risks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of the end-to-end third-party risk management process for selected suppliers.
  • Monitor assessment renewals and engage stakeholders proactively.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and suppliers.
  • Track assessment status, escalate issues, and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare decision documents to address and mitigate supplier risks.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive improvements.
  • Ordering process for external third-party consultants in SAP Fieldglass.
  • Quality check of supplier statement of work (SoW) in alignment with business and Global policies.
  • Steer the supplier performance review through questionnaires and internal interviews.
  • Guide & advise Business Stakeholders and closely work with them.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supplier Management, Procurement, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Procurement, or Risk Management.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication (written and verbal).
  • Experience in cross-functional, international teams.
  • High level of integrity and ethical business approach.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), German preferred; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass and SAP's ERP system is a plus.
