HR Benefits Operations Consultant (limited full-time)

What you'll build
In this paid role, you will deliver Global Total Rewards Benefits Operations activities, ensuring benefits processes are executed accurately, consistently, and in line with global standards. You will work with Benefits Design, Vendor Operations, and HR stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key outcomes include: handling benefits-related requests with accountability and quality; supporting accurate and compliant benefits operations; contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives; maintaining documentation and operational controls; and supporting initiatives that improve employee experience and service delivery.
What you bring
- 12 months availability (limited position, with possible prolongation)

Relevant education or equivalent experience in HR, Total Rewards, or business-related fields.

Practical experience in HR operations, benefits, or shared services environments.

Good understanding of operational processes and ability to follow global standards.

Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure and reliability.

Collaborative approach and comfort working in virtual, multicultural teams.

Clear communication skills in English.
