PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Business Services within Human Resources is an organization with 800+ employees, delivering end-to-end HR operations to all SAP locations worldwide from two shared services centers in Prague and Manila.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will support SAP employees from all over the world who are travelling to your countries of responsibility. Together with 3rd party providers and other SAP departments, you will ensure that immigration, tax and social security requirements are met for those employees.
- You will be ready to advise and provide consultation to recruiters, managers, employees and new hires and will need to identify solutions to non-standard cases. Moreover, you will make sure that costs of mobility services are accurately ordered and billed.
We are looking for people who want to continuously develop their knowledge in this area, as well as improve our own processes. Get ready to work on projects, cooperate with skilled colleagues from other HR teams and share your best practice with your peers. SAP can run even better with your passion for improvement!
WHAT YOU BRING
- This position is ideal for someone with previous HR experience who is looking for a role with a global company in an international team.
- Excellent communication skills are essential; English language is mandatory and extra languages and an understanding of international relocation could be an advantage.
- Most of all, you need to be responsive and customer-focused, flexible and able to solve problems at a fast pace.
