IT Data and Analytics Associate (limited part-time, DPC)

What you’ll do

In this position you support the Product & Services Team in establishing an internal knowledge Database besides typical tasks in Data analysis and Quality assurance.The position is paid.

The working environment is cross multiple teams - IT, Architecture, Process Owner & Data Object Owner – you will connect the dots within the team and ensure up to date documentation on processes, data objects and data flows.

We welcome your curiosity and interest in building up strong subject matter expertise knowledge around Material Master.

• Interact with Product & Services Team to ensure internal documentation process flow
• Establish internal knowledge database and hold it up to date
• Be responsible for LeanIX documentation together with our License and Services Product Owners
• Support Product & Services Team with Ad hoc requests

What you bring:

• Corporate working experience is beneficial 
• Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration or similar industry with focus on Business Operations, Business Process Management or Master Data Management
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially One Note, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Experience of working in dynamic, cross functional environment
• Ability to work with a variety of teams and people in matrix organization

The Product & Services Team is part of the Intelligent Data Management organization in CPIT. We play a vital role in delivering trusted data to the business through giving data purpose, establishing data standards with the business process owner and ensuring that data flows are managed across the entire SAP process and system landscape. This is the foundation on which the team operates.

It is a diverse team consisting of data object owners who drive mainly strategic topics and contribute to critical projects; data analysts work hand in hand with object owners by conducting root cause analysis and implementation of data quality rule and data operations colleague working on day-to-day business issues via central shared service framework.

The synergies are evident – since all people in this team, work towards an aligned strategy and closely collaborate to get business critical issues solved and by that, individual jobs delivered.
