We are looking for a candidate who combines a detailed understanding of web /cloud technologies and with profound customer service and communication skills. You will maintain a relationship of trust and build the bridge between SAP internal partners/IT Product Teams and external service teams to enable 24x7 operations. 
 
 
What you’ll do

  • Enable and oversee implementation of 24x7 operational concepts with 3rd party delivery teams / vendors /partners.
  • Ensure solid service delivery based on OKR / KPI based frameworks
  • Implementation of validation of controls to ensure best-of-bread secure service delivery 
  • Continuous service improvement thru all support levels to ensure the systems we build and run have limit exposure to single points of failure and security vulnerabilities while enable high-impact changes frequently and predictably with minimal toil.

 
What you bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in production management of IT Web Technology Solutions in a hybrid or cloud environment.
  • 1-3 years of IT Operations service management with external service providers / packaged services 
  • Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech), in Computer Science or allied branches, or Masters in Computer Applications
  • ITIL oriented service management
  • Experienced with Agile Methodology / KANBAN / Jira
  • Fluency both written and spoken in English, 

 
Tech you bring

  • Basic understanding of public cloud hyperscaler (Microsoft Azure preferred) and 
  • Good knowledge with DevOps processes like CI/CD and required tools.
  • Foundation of web-technology stack knowledge and site reliability engineering

Our Production Management Portals Platform Service team is responsible to implement & operate 24x7 Customer and Corporate Business applications 
Here we act as a trusted advisor and expert, driving together to build and run scalable secure applications in modern, dynamic environments utilizing SAP/ custom developed and 3rd party software stack.
DevSecOps is the guiding strong methodology enabling Continuous Development and Integrations in an agile environment. SAP's internal business landscapes build on private, respectively hybrid cloud platforms are a strategic enabler for SAP and therefore crucial for SAP's future success in the cloud.
