We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Expert to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience or strong interest in business analytics, financial planning, or SAP platforms. You will contribute to planning model implementations, planning story development and support ongoing reporting and analytics initiatives using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, configuration, and testing of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning applications (SAC Story).
• Support the analysis, validation, and importing of sales, financial and operational data into SAC from HANA and Business Data Cloud databases.
• Participate in requirements gathering with business users to understand reporting and planning needs.
• Develop and modify basic SAC stories (dashboards), input forms, and data visualizations under senior expert supervision.
• Engagement with end users to troubleshoot issues, escalating as needed.
• Prepare documentation and user training materials for SAC Planning solutions.
• Stay updated on SAC platform features and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with sales, and cross-functional teams on project tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of relevant internship or work experience (can include university projects) using analytics, BI, or financial planning tools. SAP Analytics Cloud exposure is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with business processes in budgeting, forecasting, or finance planning.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge and experience.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization techniques and principles.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency using Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn SAP Analytics Cloud, with a proactive, self-motivated work style.

Desirable/Bonus Skills

• Exposure to SAP HANA, Business Data Cloud, DataSphere or other cloud analytics/BI platforms.
• Experience with data transformation, SQL, or simple automation.
• Artificial Intelligence.
• Knowledge of project management or agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
