WHAT YOU WILL DO
Local People & Culture [P&C] Services team provides HR Services where unique country support is required. We deliver consistent, standardized, and scalable HR services with a human touch to our employees. We are combining labor knowledge and have deep process understanding, we are supporting efficient and compliant HR service delivery to our employees and partners. We run crucial pre-payroll processes, mission critical for business continuity. We are biased towards execution and partner in global projects (e.g. M&A) and continuous improvement initiatives across all P&C.
We seek to hire a P&C Local Services (Associate) Consultant to support Ireland remotely on a twelve-month contract (with a potential for prolongation). He/ She will be responsible to provide and resolve employee and manager queries, consult employees on their issues and carry-out operational people administrative tasks across the whole employee life cycle (e.g. on- and offboarding, administering contractual changes, do leave consultations).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations throughout the full employee life cycle.
- Provide second-level support for HR inquiries from local employees and managers in line with our Service Level Agreements.
- Oversee onboarding, administrative processes, contractual changes, benefits enrollment, and termination cases.
- Promote standard intake channels for People & Culture interactions and support local HR communications.
- Partner with local and global P&C functions (HR Director, HR Business Partners and HR Practices like e.g. Total Rewards) on issue resolution, Post Merger Integration, and service improvements.
- Collect feedback to identify improvement opportunities and maintain the local Intranet Pages and our internal Knowledge Base.
- Build strong relationships with HR functions, vendors, and governmental institutions to ensure efficient, compliant processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies:
- Experience in HR process administration.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Comfortable to speak in smaller public forums and in front of employees.
- Analytical with attention to detail and a quality-driven approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and adapt to continuous change.
- Self-motivated, able to execute initiatives independently.
- Comfortable working in a multinational, multicultural and virtual environment.
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Irish labor law is a plus.
Work experience:
- 1+ years in a similar HR role, preferably in a service environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in multinational/IT environments is a plus.
- SAP HR system knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with virtual teams and project management is a plus.
MEET YOUR TEAM
The successful candidate will be remotely supporting predominantly the Irish market unit and their employees. He/ She will team up with his/her local Czech- and remote Irish teammates in P&C Services, the HR Director and will work closely with Data Management, Payroll and colleagues from other supporting functions as well as with the local business units.
