What you'll do

  • First level query management via hotline and ticketing system
  • Processing course registrations for SAP Training and Adoption products 
  • Invoicing, issuing cancellations and credit notes
  • Close cooperation and communication with external and internal customers
  • General administrative tasks
  • Continuous process improvement

 

What you bring

  • Language Requirements:
    •  Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
    •  Fluent written and spoken German (mandatory)
  • Solid problem solving skills, Multitask & detail oriented profile needed.
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Ability to keep up with a fast changing environment
  • A strong will to deliver excellent quality
  • Continuous improvement of technical skills and efficiency

We are a diverse and friendly team who cover the MEE region in the Order-to-invoice Training department. The majority of our team is located in Prague but we also have four amazing colleagues supporting us from Buenos Aires. We are looking forward to meeting you.
