COMMON DAY IN THE DEPARTMENT

While having my morning cup of coffee, I review both my personal email inbox and the generic inbox of the country I support and log to hotline. I respond to customer queries and book delegates to trainings based on the orders we received. When it comes, usually few times per day, I pick up a hotline call and provide information about prices, schedules, or location of SAP courses to the caller. Lunch break is a good opportunity to go out with my colleagues and have a chat about anything. In the afternoon, I need to join a meeting with my teammates where we align on process improvements, or we discuss adoption of new processes. I also spend some time working on a project or testing new system enhancements. Towards the end of the day I ensure I did not miss any urgent booking or request from customers or from my colleagues in the SAP training center and check the daily task distribution for the next day.
