What you’ll do:
You will help shape the future of SAP’s deal and renewal experience - simple, automated, and increasingly supported by Artificial Intelligence.
Your responsibilities include:

Take ownership of parts of the Manage Deal and Manage Renewal processes and steer them with clear direction

Work confidently with Experts and Senior Management across SAP to align decisions and keep all teams connected

Design flexible and automated process and system flows in close collaboration with IT delivery teams to support future business needs

Identify practical ways to use agent‑based Artificial Intelligence to remove manual work and speed up deal and renewal activities

Partner with Business, Process, and IT teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure the Deal and Renewal processes you are responsible for runs smoothly from start to finish

Work closely with Global Commercial Finance to connect policy topics with process needs and turn complex business and policy changes into clear requirements and updates

Contribute to improving renewal and self‑service features in SAP for Me, including supporting adoption of MCCA renewal flows

Help define useful KPIs to track performance and guide improvement actions
What you bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Business Operations, Controlling, Global Commercial Finance, or in a customer‑facing role

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear actions

Experience working with SAP systems and a data‑driven approach to decision making
-
Proven ability to improve cross‑functional processes with a focus on simplification and automation

Strong stakeholder management, including handling risks, escalations, and steering discussions
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration across teams
-
Proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and develop practical solutions
