Reporting Services is a team within SAP Concur that provides data analytics consultation, IBM Cognos report-writing services, and trainings to customers who use IBM Cognos reporting suite in SAP Concur ecosystem. Our consultants gain technical expertise in range of market-leading Business Intelligence solutions. They are expected to independently deliver report’s specifics and data outputs to our customers to help them efficiently manage their travel spending.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and work with each client to craft a reporting strategy
  • Recommend best practice reports for specific client profiles and/or industries
  • Create client-requested reports or dashboards
  • Effectively manage client expectations and communication
  • Occasionally conduct online or in-person training for clients
  • We are looking for a tech savvy colleague that enjoys working in a client-facing position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and/or IT
  • 2+ years in a related customer service role
  • Fluent French or German (English as it is the company language)
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. vlookup)
  • Analytical thinking and ability to find unique solutions to business challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Displays passion for & responsibility to the customer 
  • Team player

At least one of the following required:

  • Experience with BI solutions (IBM Cognos or similar)
  • Working knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle…)
  • Experience with SAP Concur tool
  • Travel industry knowledge
