The role is positioned in the Product, Data & Technology (PDT) unit as part of the SAP Corporate Processes & IT (CPIT) organization. The Role:
SAP Intelligent Data Management (IDM) owns the Trusted Data Framework, providing Strategy, Governance and Product Management for master data. We are looking for an IT Data & Analytics Senior Specialist to strengthen the Meta Data team who is responsible for driving master data topics, and for this role, with a focus on Identity Management. Weaving Master Data DNA deeply into our business processes, we create a delightful B2B/B2C experience for SAP, SAP’s customers and partners. You are responsible for driving business value through product management, trusted data & data quality and driving innovation through technology – collaboratively with various teams across SAP.
Position Overview
Responsible for building out SAP’s identity management (for example used by our customers and partners in SAP for Me) from a master data perspective and act as a product manager.
Core tasks include:
- Roll in of requirements from users
- Define strategy, backlog, deliverables and roadmap
- Build and maintain master data governance and data quality
- Secure master data usability, availability and efficiency
- Enablement and rollout activities
What you bring:
- responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects or areas of responsibility
- internally recognized senior on complex technical and business matter
- contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects)
- builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of professional work experience in Business Process, Product & Solution Management
- Solid background in Master Data Management
- Experience in driving IT and change projects and/or initiatives across organizations.
