What you'll do:

SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Solutions organization offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced technical professional in the Talent IT product team. In our international, fast-paced environment, you will help drive strategic business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Work on Talent deliverables that are part of the HR IT portfolio roadmap
• Refine collaboratively the product backlog to create acceptance criteria relevant to our technical delivery
• Work on technical configuration, testing, release management, ensuring a reliable and efficient delivery
• Validate new SAP SuccessFactors releases / enhancements, present new features to our stakeholders
• Collaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
• Help improve our agile ways of working
• Work with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experience

What you bring:

• 3+ years of work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills in English
• Ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
• Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions
• Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions & technology
• Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
• Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
• Professional experience and deep knowledge of Talent & Performance Mgmt
• Hands-on experience: EC, RBPs, APIs, Report Center
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices
• Beneficial: Technical expertise in Succession Mgmt, Career Development Planning & Mentoring
