About the team

The Sales Solution Support team bridges the connection between sales users, their daily applications, and technical development. Sales Solution Support specializes in delivering high-quality, user-oriented support – from troubleshooting to resolution - through multiple staffed and self-service channels and across 30+ applications, business topics, and dashboards for all Customer Success (sales) functions. 90% of inquiries resolved by our teams are related to deal-critical support and are both transactional and business-oriented in nature.


What you'll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Project Associate for the Frontline Sales Solution Support

Location: Prague, Czechia
Expected start date: November 1st


As a Frontline Project Associate, your mission is to support the simplification of the user experience and the scale of support tasks through relevant projects. Specifically, you will collaborate with readiness leaders and coaches, as well as content management and communication in order to plan, harmonize, integrate, and update documentation and training.


In this role, your projects may vary in nature and scope based on business priorities. However, you will need to demonstrate project management and collaboration skills, striving to grow your contribution as roadmaps, services, and technology advance. You will be sponsored by more senior project managers and leaders, but learn and become empowered to work independently and contribute fresh ideas. Your starting projects will include:


  • Team Readiness/enablement to ensure that our teams have all the know-how at the tips of their fingers is key to allow the most efficient support to our users. This might include but is not limited to coordinating team learning activities and calendars, monitor the team learning progress, collecting feedback, and incorporate the feedback into the future learning offerings.


  • Documentation to simplify the user and support experience, as well as grow our brand – keeping relevant content in limited sources is key. On this project, you will consistently strive for efficient creation, maintenance, and sourcing of relevant content.


As our support consistently embraces more scope, you will work in a very dynamic, global network. This will allow you to gain knowledge and business acumen to bring back into our documentation, enablement, and technology.


What it takes: 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Informatics, IT project management, and similar at the university 
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player – don’t be afraid to ask for help and help others yourself
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Tech-savvy
  • Curiosity
