WHAT YOU’LL DO
The role encompasses end‑to‑end responsibility for maintaining and evolving key data and operational structures within Global Licensing and Royalties, including ownership of the internal tools maintenance to drive system enhancements, clean‑ups, and ongoing stakeholder‑driven improvements, and execution of core Data Management tasks, data collection, and mapping activities.
The role drives the implementation of the Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) process within GL&RM, serving as the primary point of contact for all TPRM‑related issues.
In addition, the role proactively investigates and identifies opportunities for AI‑based automation, aiming to streamline manual processes within department, enhance data quality, and reduce operational workload.
Specific tasks may include the following:
- Proactively work cross department to investigate opportunities and implement AI/automation solutions where applicable.
- Maintain and execute needed changes/updates to existing systems and tools.
- Coordinate workflows / projects with SAP IT to address and execute solutions.
- Drive implementation of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process in GL&RM.
- Provide transparency, accountability, guidance to Licensing and Royalty Management teams and Line-of-Business owners when navigating the TPRM process.
- Operate GL&RM Data and Information Center of Excellence.
- Provide support to internal GL&RM and external development teams for internal tools issues resolution.
WHAT YOU BRING
Desired skills and characteristics
- Project management experience.
- Strong networking skills.
- At least 2 years of experience with data management and data quality processes, including data mapping, validation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ability to identify and assess opportunities for process automation, including AI‑based enhancements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to take ownership and independently run operations without a formal authority.
- Understanding of licensing, royalty management, and third‑party product data flows is a plus.
Work experience
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience working in International Shared Services is a plus.
- Experience within Finance roles is a plus.
