What you’ll do
We are seeking a Senior Operations Business Partner to join our Cross Initiatives Team. This pivotal role will report directly to the Head of Cross Initiatives and work closely with the Corporate Functions Business Operations teams.

You’ll be part of SAP’s central heartbeat to execute our strategic ambition. As a Senior Operations Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the AI-First, Suite-First strategy of SAP by supporting and orchestrating AI use cases for Corporate Functions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
The tasks will include but not limited to the following:

Holistically lead and/or support various AI use cases and strategic initiatives to support strategic priorities

Work closely with the Corporate Functions Operations Business AI Excellence team to understand AI strategy, governance, and use case orchestration

Have end-to-end view and enable successful ideation, design, go-live, enablement, change management, value realization, and continuous improvement of relevant AI tools for an assigned area

Support enablement campaigns for AI topics, i.e. Let’s Work the AI Way

Create presentations, data analysis, communications and other materials as needed

Work proactively and independently and with full responsibility while setting priorities

Collaborate and build strategic partnerships with various groups, including experts from the Corporate Functions Board Areas, Corporate Functions Operations, CP&IT, etc.
What you bring

Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategy, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy and operational roles.

Proven experience in business operations or project management

Strong analytical person, with problem solving and decision-making skills who can deal with complex situations

Powerful communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to communicate and present at highest levels of corporate leadership.

Committed to teamwork, proactive networking, and a results-oriented mindset and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
