PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

In Total Rewards we are responsible for one of the most important balance sheets of a company: What an employee gives to the company and what one gets back in return. 
The Total Rewards Experience Design team focuses on providing an exceptional experience and opportunity for all our people, enabling close collaboration between different business areas as well as global, regional and local teams as we believe in the power of cognitive diversity.  
We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer, who is passionate about creating best user experiences and who loves to drive impactful projects of strategic importance. 

TASKS AND EXPECTATIONS

• You understand the tech industry and how business are being run in this environment
• You have a knack for content and project management 
• You learn fast and have appetite for details
• You easily connect the dots between different topics for best user experience and strong project management.
• You are very strong in planning and executing complex projects.
• You understand the importance of UX design methods to truly focus on the end-user.
• You are passionate to improve user experiences and ensure they have the right information in the right format at the right time. 
• You love authentic writing, and you can turn complex content into empathetic communications, outlining the value for the recipient. 
• You have some affinity for visual communication and have knack for presenting information in a mixture of graphics and text.
• You like to bring in innovation and don’t shy away from challenging change processes. 
• You are a true co-creator, and you know that the best results come from cognitive diversity. 
• You have some experience and knowledge of tools and technology (e.g. Success Map, tool video creation, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). 

WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 10+ years of experience in international HR, UX, Communication, or related business area.. 
• Total Rewards and Variable Pay experience is a plus.    
• Expertise in translating highly complex content in simple materials/ tool experience with clear storylines.
• Ability to understand user experiences of tools and technology. 
• Copyrighting experience would be a plus. 
• Experience in managing international and cross-functional projects or rollouts.
• Experience and enthusiastic about agile co-creation and project management.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills in an agile and dynamic environment.    
• Fluent in English
