What you´ll do

We are looking for an experienced User Experience Designer to work on our Pre-Spend and Compliance suite of products.  In this role, support and work in partnership with all our extended global product teams to develop simple and intuitive user experiences for our customers and millions of users around the world. You will use your depth in UX design, interaction design, and systems thinking to produce holistic end-to-end experiences that drive business results.

• You’ll work closely with Design Systems and Accessibility teams to ensure consistent and accessible design solutions.

What you bring

• 4+ years corporate work experience with a focus on software design across a variety of platforms. 
• A great eye for detail, demonstrated creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing UI products from conception to completion including the development process. 
• Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes. 
• Able to function both, independently and in team environment with solid collaboration skills. 
• Enthusiasm and history working in an iterative design process, motivated by group critique. 
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design work to large groups and stakeholders. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Media Arts or other relevant experience.
• Experience in mobile and component design preferred.
• Experience in designing for accessibility preferred.
• You have a portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions.
• A natural collaborator and communicator: you are able to develop and present design ideas in a team environment.  
• Prior experience working within a technical environment is a key requirement.
• You possess strong experience and interaction design skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles.  
• You have an affinity for consistency and a keen eye for subtle details. 
• You are able to grasp and distill complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions. 
• You should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, but will be supported by other on-site UX designers of varying levels as well as your off-site Manager.
