What you'll do

 

We are looking for a student to join the MEE Total Rewards. The student will support the MEE team on the compensation and benefits activities. The student is supposed to:

- Assists senior TR colleague delivering end-to-end Total Rewards solutions, products and services to the business in close collaboration with the HR community.

- Supports regular end-to-end process activities with local vendors such as contract creation, purchase order and invoice check/cost (insurances, gym, kindergarten, medical centers, tax consultant)

- Supports local HR Team with special agreement with third parties (shops, discounts, voucher)

 

What you bring

 

- HR/Business Degree or similar student, ideally about to graduate this year

- Detail and customer orientation, ability to work with confidential information

- Good organization skills, ability to work to deadlines

- Proactive, supportive and professional approach

- Quality driven, analytical and problem solving skills

- Good knowledge of HR processes

- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Fluent English language skills written and spoken fluently is essential

 

This team member can be based in Sofia, Bulgaria or Prague, Czech Republic reporting to manager in Italy.

The HR TR Intern supports the successful delivery of a defined set of Total Rewards solutions for the Market Unit. In close collaboration with the other members of the Total Rewards teams, the HR organization, and business representatives.
