Recruiting Operations is a global organization with a regional structure. The global team is responsible for Services like: Non-HC relevant hiring, Interview scheduling, requisition creation, candidate contact lines and background verification.

Recruiters part of the Recruiting Operations team EMEA are responsible for a smooth end-to-end hiring process by providing services like requirements definition, sourcing, pre-screening and closing of applications as well as administrative support of the recruiting activities for all non-headcount positions (students, definite contracts less than 6 months) within EMEA.

Excellence in providing high quality service to both internal and external clients as well as exceptionally high-level of customer satisfaction are the main goals of Recruiting Operations which are driven by our passionate, multicultural and result oriented team on the daily basis aiming to bring the concept of Service Delivery within recruiting activities to the next higher level.


This position is a combined role and covers project as well as functional team lead responsibilities. The incumbent will be assigned to EMEA recruiting related projects. One key project is the creation of nHC hiring policies within EMEA to ensure consistent process, but also compliance with local legislation. For this project is it required to work very closely with a global/EMEA team of HR Directors, HR Process Specialists, Data Management, Local HR, Talent Acquisition and HR Legal. Furthermore, the position incumbent will have the functional responsibility for a dedicated team, focusing on the development of the team, support of the hiring manager and the exchange with other relevant stakeholders.

In addition, your responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Ensures strong collaboration with our stakeholders like hiring manager, HRD’s and TA and others
  • Continuous improvement of processes
  • Understanding the end to end recruiting process
  • Project management of divers recruiting related projects: from initiation to closure
  • Preparation of presentation material appropriate for executive / senior level communication purposes
  • Increase team spirit
  • Hiring & On-boarding of new team members


  • Working experience in Recruitment. Knowledge in other HR areas is a benefit:  General HR, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Employee Relations or DMC preferred
  • Good knowledge of HR-related topics
  • Strong multi-cultural awareness, sensitivity and operation understanding
  • Experience working in international environment
  • Experience in leading HR & cross functional projects
  • Experience in leading team is a benefit
