Are you an HR Generalist with some experience in managing a small HR team? Do you consider yourself as a quick learner who is adaptable and are you looking for a new challenge and step-up in your career?
We have a great opportunity for an HR Services Supervisor who will lead a team of HR data management professionals to provide an accurate and efficient core HR data administration service for the SAP’s employees within the assigned countries.
You will be working in unison with the other HR Data Management Teams to achieve or exceed the Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets by coordinating the team’s daily work tasks, identifying opportunities for improving processes and developing the team of HR Data Management professionals.


  • Plan and monitor resource needs and manage workload distribution and allocation of tasks to ensure smooth operations of HR Data Management Team which meet/exceed the targets within the SLAs
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team members with a view to identifying ways of improving performance levels.
  • Support the current Data Management professionals and the new joiners with day to day work tasks and developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify early service requests or situations, which have potential to become complicated or cause issues, and take the ownership until their resolution or escalation
  • Provide regular feedback on daily operations, potential customer issues, team working and any areas for improvements

You are a seasoned HR Generalist with experience in delivering the HR data management, preferably within a large and multinational company. You have previous supervisory experience, strong customer focus and you are a good relationship’s builder. You have ability to deal with the challenges in a constantly changing environment, have great organizational skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office, and you are confident in communicating in English/German. Previous Shared Services experience is a plus.
