Job Overview: 

Do you enjoy delivering a great customer experience and interacting with customers and colleagues all over the world? Do you have a knack for digging into problems and constantly expanding your knowledge? If you answered yes, this role may be a great fit for you! The Client Support Analyst I position resolves customer issues on multiple fronts. The support is often consultative and addresses basic to intermediate service-related issues in the area of financial management and corporate spend control.

This is a part-time role for 20hours per week -> Sunday and Saturday 9:00-18:00 (possibility of home-office) + 4 hours during working days in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • You will respond to and resolve straight forward service related and customer issues received via the Client Support Portal
  • You will use your troubleshooting capabilities and fully diagnose the reported issue in order to resolve them within the customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong passion for solving problems, identify service gaps and escalate as appropriate
  • Train customers on basic production functionality
  • Interface with other Concur departments as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Act as a first line of relationship management with our client, using your strong written and verbal communication skills via the reported issues

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment under minimal supervision
  • Have strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • Minimum 1-year experience troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
  • Having a working knowledge of a SQL is a plus
  • Excellent English is a must, French and German are a plus
  • Ability to pass a background check
