TEAM INFO

We are a group of 20 multicultural individuals with more than 9 different nationalities. Last year, we onboarded from our Prague office over 150 customers located on different markets such as France, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), New Markets (Nordics, Italy, South Africa…) and provide them excellence in customer service delivery.

We also love gathering and spend time together either for a barbecue on our rooftop terrace, by participating to sportive activities like the Spartan race, attending activities organized by our “Best Social Committee” or simply catch up around a few beers after work on Fridays!

SUMMARY

We are looking for passionate individuals whose responsibility will be to welcome our new SAP Concur customers and start building the relationship with them after the sales cycle. You will initiate the implementation process and prepare them for their SAP Concur implementation.

When our clients are implemented with our services you will serve as the primary point of contact for client portfolio and you will coordinate internal teams to deal with client´s escalations and requests. No routine guaranteed!

ROLE

  • You will initiate the implementation process, introduce SAP Concur Implementation methodology, collect and consolidate initial key requirements to ensure later a successful deployment of their solution.
  • You will identify, communicate, solve potential barriers to successful implementation. You will also act on behalf of the customer in interaction with our Sales and Implementation teams.
  • When the client is implemented, you will work as the primary point of contact of a defined client portfolio.
  • You will monitor and assign the clients requests to the appropriate internal resources and ensure their follow up until resolution.
  • You will also act as escalation point - drive, involve and coordinate appropriate SAP Concur internal teams to obtain the expected results in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Previous client facing experience
  • Ability to act with the customer in mind and establish and maintain a trusted relationship with them.
  • Strong communication and collaborations skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize tasks effectively
