The consultant (f/m/d) in the consulting team Service is responsible for the service portfolio in the area CX (Customer Experience / Customer Relationship Management) and supports implementation projects and all tasks during the project phases at our customers. The topic focus for implementations will be the Field Service Management solutions, enriched by SAP AI services and integration to the existing SAP landscape at customers.


Responsibilities include also the following:

  • Participate and execute workshops with our customers to define requirements.
  • Document the results of the workshop and create a backlog list or design document.
  • Implementing the functions defined during the workshops.
  • Implement the Field Service Management solution into the existing customer landscape.
  • Implement and integrate the identified bundle of SAP solutions.
  • Support the customer during end user test phase, training phase, cut over tasks and hyper care.
  • Document the implemented functions properly for a hand-over.
  • Support the set up and presentation of solution demos for a customer.
  • Support a proof-of-concept implementation at a customer.
  • Establish knowledge about new solution components to enhance our implementation scope



  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Programming skills
  • SAP CX portfolio knowledge desirable
  • Willing to learn everything about the SAP CX Service solutions used for Field Service Management
  • Willing to learn everything about Field Service Management processes
  • Willing to learn to interact with customers and to handle customer discussions in workshops and during the project phases
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Working with international customer teams is relevant.
  • Travelling to customer location up to 50% of the working time.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory, additional languages are advantageous


The consulting team in the area of CX (Customer Experience / Customer Relationship Management) is responsible for the implementation of SAP solutions out of CX service portfolio at our customers. The focus of the team is to implement SAP service solutions for Field Service Management at our customers. These solutions will be enriched with further SAP solutions e.g. SAP Service Cloud, SAP Analytics and integrated in other solutions to offer a holistic solution approach to the customer.
