Based onsite in Pune, you’ll take ownership of a high‑impact product area where strategy, innovation, and industry expertise come together. What you bring

• An entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong ownership over product direction and decisions.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience
• 5+ years of domain expertise in Commodity Management
• The ability to think proactively and strategically when defining requirements and shaping product evolution.
• Deep domain knowledge in commodity trading across Agriculture, Energy, and Metals, including industry practices, pain points, and value drivers.
• A focus on measurable, outcome‑based impact rather than outputs.
• The capability to quickly ideate, prototype using AI, and assess viability to ensure the product solves real customer problems.
• Strength in articulating concepts clearly to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• A knack for understanding complex issues and transforming them into valuable, scalable product solutions.
