PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Digital Supply Chain Practice of SAP Australia & New Zealand is looking for a Senior SAP Logistics Execution & Extended Warehouse Management Business Process Consultant with in-depth end-to-end knowledge and related SAP solutions to join our diverse team of highly performing professionals. You will need to be able to work individually and as part of a team to define the best use of the overall applications and processes specific to the SAP LE and EWM solution for the customer. In addition, with your vast experience across industries you will support presales activities, develop and advise on end-to-end solution design, implement and configure the system, all the way through to go live as well as post go live support.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a Senior LE and EWM Business Process Consultant, you will have an excellent understanding of the overall SAP LE and EWM solutions and how it is implemented in conjunction with other solution components of the S/4HANA Suite. A good understanding of the integration between different technology platforms and specific automation related to warehouse management processes is a must. The senior business process consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP LE and EWM solutions with the aim to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. In addition, the consultant will partner with the client and possible with 3rd parties to analyse and define business requirements, technology, processes, and objectives to scope project deliverables for the same. The consultant will implement, customise, and test solutions on client’s system and drive development for client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed, keeping SAP’s Clean Core strategy in mind. You also will work alongside the account teams in the software evaluation process, to develop SAP-centric solutions, prepare implementation plans and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Proven professional experience working as a senior LE and EWM consultant.
- Has gained extensive knowledge (6+ years) in SAP LE and EWM solutions (embedded, standalone), ideally covering at least 5+ full implementation life cycles of SAP LE and EWM.
- Shows a proven deliver experience in projects that have included associated processes like,
- Inbound
- Outbound
- Cross Docking
- Yard Management
- MFS
- Internal Warehouse task such as stock take, bin to bin etc..
- Different pick methods (light, voice, etc.)
- HUM
- Batch and serial number management within LE / EWM processes.
- Has a clear understanding and hands-on integration experience across other processes and solutions such as SD, MM, PP and TM.
- Can conduct S/4HANA LE and EWM centric workshops with all contributing parties.
- Understands the business drivers and outcomes of a warehouse management solution in the correlated aspects of the different industries, such a mining, utilities, consumer product etc..
- Knowledge of industry trends in Supply Chain Management process and best practices (where applicable) incl. AI.
- ABAP and screen (RF – Gun) development skills a plus.
- Clear understanding of functional integration aspects with other SAP modules and solutions.
- Associate Certification in the core area and a professional certification will be an advantage.
- Experience in end-to-end Business Process Solution Design.
- Ability to represent SAP at customers while delivering on high volume and high-risk projects.
- Excellent communication skills with functional and business focus.
