What you'll do

  •  Budget requirement management and control (recognition, trainings, Hardware).
  • Full responsibility on issuing purchase orders and monitoring them.
  • Follow up and monitor the dept. training plan
  • Office management and operations (maintaining calendar and schedules, travels, meeting notes and summaries, office logistics, etc.)
  • Operation coordinator – responsibility over all the interfaces of the dept. with other departments (IT, Finance, purchasing, facilities, administration)
  • Assist the project managers with facilitating meetings, events/workshop and administrative tasks
  • Create and Drive the Welfare plan of the dept. Support lab-wide welfare activities
  • Project management and follow up on management decisions and actions

 

 

What you bring

  • Student with at least 1 year until graduation.
  • Can work at least 25 hours, 3 days per week, office hours are flexible.
  • Excellent familiarity with standard desktop applications, especially with:
    Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook, Internet tools, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills (managing projects that involve senior management).
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (written & verbal).
  • Can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and accurate.
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and high pace.
  • Very high level of commitment and dedication.
