As an SAP Customer Experience (CX) Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a defined portfolio of SAP CX solutions across targeted lines of business such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, and Customer Data. Your focus will be on helping customers modernize customer engagement, unify experiences, and drive revenue growth through SAP’s CX suite.

You will work closely with customers to ensure solutions are adopted and value is realized, while maintaining strong relationships and influencing requirements. This role is focused on named existing and/or prospective accounts and typically carries a quota.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of SAP CX solutions to help customers transform customer engagement and experience.
  • Maintain and expand ongoing business relationships with existing and prospective accounts.
  • Influence customer requirements and specifications to align with SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate on long-term concepts and strategies for customer success.
  • Provide regular project status updates and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Support adoption and value realization of SAP solutions.
