What you’ll do:
We are an innovative team of highly motivated developers and are looking for a new colleague for our ABAP based translation tools. Do you have a passion for developing great software in ABAP? You can make a difference here! 

As an ABAP Senior Developer you will:

• Develop robust and intuitive software in ABAP. We use both, procedural and object-oriented ABAP 
• Support productive customers, and detect, analyze and solve root causes of incidents
• Work in an international team that uses agile development methods and interact with various stakeholders 
• Learn, contribute, improve and innovate, e.g. integrate LLMs

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
• Excellent proven programming skills in ABAP (both procedural and object-oriented programming) 
• Experience in SAP BTP ABAP incl. SAP HANA, ABAP Dynpro, and RAP
• Ability to quickly acquire a thorough understanding in new technological areas
• Interest in learning and becoming a domain expert for ABAP based translation tools
• Fluency in written and spoken English. German and / or other languages are beneficial 

Meet the team:
We at GLO Language Experience (GLO LX) provide translation and translation-related services for all SAP Solutions and non-coded assets in more than 40 languages. For this we develop, maintain and integrate efficient and flexible technical solutions for translation. The developed components (e.g. SE63) are used by linguists at SAP, translation agencies and SAP customers. In addition, we integrate our ABAP based components with cloud-native applications to effectively manage the continuing growth and complexity of SAP’s translation demand. The team also enables the ABAP translation scenario of SAP Translation Hub.
