About the Rotation Program (STAR),

Location: São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil. This is a hybrid internship program, requiring on-site presence 3 days per week.

Then the Rotation Program (STAR) is for you!

 

Recognized as the Best Internship Experience (BIE) in Brazil by FirstJob, the program offers a unique two-year journey where you will rotate through three different areas of the company, working on impactful projects in a hybrid model. You’ll be part of a vibrant global network of more than 1,300 STAR interns across 14 countries, sharing experiences, knowledge, and innovation.

We are looking for #70 curious and ambitious students ready to explore areas such as Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, Technical Support, Business Operations, and Consulting.

During your rotations, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects, gaining real-world experience in one of the most transformative technologies shaping the future of business and society.

 

Who can apply?

This program is designed for undergraduate students who want to grow your skills and explore new possibilities.

  • Currently enrolled from the 2nd semester onward in IT or business-related fields;
  • With advanced English skills;
  • Expected graduation in April 2028 or later;
    • Please note: Candidates with a graduation date earlier than April 2028 will not be considered for this internship program.

We don’t require previous experience. What we value most is your curiosity to learn, teamwork mindset, customer focus, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
