What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP University Alliances iXp Intern – Design Marketing / Audience Relationship Intern LAC
Location: SAP Labs Latin America - São Leopoldo, Brazil (hybrid)
Expected start date: January/February 2025 

 

Responsibilities include the following:

•    Within the global SAP University Alliances unit, become an active team member of the SAP University Alliances Latin America team.
•    Support the planning & delivery of SAP Executive engagements with SAP focus universities in the managed region.
•    Supporting the creation and implementation of a regional Go-to-Market concept 2025 - 2026, based on the SAP UA vision, strategy, and KPIs as well as acknowledging the status quo.
•    Support the regional SAP UA Academic Community Conference in and for Latin America as well as the community conferences on national level in selected countries.
•    Support the preparation and delivery of info sessions, competitions, webinars.
•    Support the relationship management with existing SAP UA members (universities & schools), help to attract new members to the program.
•    Support the engagement model with / for industry partners from the SAP ecosystem (i. e. SAP customers and SAP partners), targeting to increase the talent pipeline for SAP and the SAP ecosystem.
•    Support the regional team in results documentation of projects, events, and other target audience engagements via social media, summary mailings, and the UA CRM system

 

What you bring:

We are currently seeking a UA Intern in Brazil to support the delivery of the SAP University Alliances portfolio of teaching and learning assets to educational institutions across Latin America.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

•    Service orientation and attitude.
•    Good Project Management skills.
•    Fluent English and Portuguese is a must, Spanish is a plus.
•    Experience in the academic ecosystem.
•    Presentation/storytelling skills (e. g. for slides etc.).
•    Good communication skills for external & Internal communications.
•    Microsoft 365 package.
•    Affinity to education / educational topics.
•    Ability to work independently and deliver high quality work under time constraints as well as acceptance and flexibility to work outside normal business hours, given the regional nature of the role.
•    Excellent Team Player.
