What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Information Technology Services
Location: São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid 

• Eventually support Hardware and software 
• Execute IT Infrastructure daily operations 
• Open tickets for the hardware suppliers 
• Organize and control IT admin activities 
• Follow up on activities 
• Communicate on regional (Latin America) with colleagues and on global level with peer departments  

What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

• Studying Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Administration 
• English: advanced level desirable 
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 tools (SharePoint, MS Teams, Planner, etc)  
• Enthusiasm to learn 
• Teamwork & Collaboration 
• Great organization 
• Capable of dealing with different projects and tasks  
• Problem solver profile  

Meet your team: 

IT interns must support the IT team in activities related to local/regional IT projects regarding Audio & Video technologies as well as Computer Network. Provide stable IT environment to the local business and acts as an IT entry point for all local topics
