What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Solution Support ALM
Location: São Leopoldo, RS
- Learn about the Application Lifecycle Manager product and use your IT skills to troubleshoot issues faced by customers and provide solutions across different channels, like cases, chat and phone.
- Provide professional, courteous, and prompt technical support via multiple channels for Application Lifecycle Management product.
- Progressively learn new areas in ALM, FRUN and Cloud ALM as required.
- Collaborate with fellow support colleagues both locally and globally and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service.
- Document technical solutions via the SAP Knowledge Management Strategy.
- Effectively and independently handle customer interactions and challenging customer problems, determining the priority levels, negotiating, and setting expectations with customers.
- Maintain poise and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Adapting to business needs is a requirement.
- Learn and apply the best End-to-end case processing practices.
- Assist in the Quality Assurance of new product versions and help to enhance the team’s performance and daily work by suggesting improvements to processes and tools.
- Put in practice and enhance different subjects you studied throughout your IT graduation, helping customers to manage their IT area.
What you bring:
- Good customer interaction skills and willingness to learn more about soft skills.
- Understanding and adoption of Product Support E2E Methodologies (Swarming, Pulse, Knowledge Management).
- Willingness to work with customers across multiple channels (Chat, Virtual sessions etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline, ongoing, with at least 2 years remaining..
- Strong communicator and a skilled listener
- Fast learner.
- English is a must.
- Analytical outlook with good aptitude for problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a global team across multiple time zones and diverse cultures.
- Work or academic experience with network, Windows, Unix and programming are an advantage.

We’re a diverse team of 18 experts divided into different areas of expertise supporting the product family of Cloud Application Lifecycle Management. Teamwork is one of the core team values. The ALM functionalities help customers to run, manage and optimize their solutions, making ALM a central piece in the to manage the customer IT landscape. With that, by supporting ALM you will learn and develop a perspective of how the different SAP solutions work together to support customers and learn a diverse set of skills across ALM and other SAP products and platforms. The necessary trainings will be provided during the onboarding.
