PROJECT MANAGER

General Role:

  • Act as Trusted Advisor to Market Unit Head and Commercial team to enabling right decisions, drive with predictability and accuracy, process excellence and continuous improvement on Deal Management Process (operational procedure, tools, processes, and content).
  • Provide holistic support as Operational Backbone of the Services portfolio, integrating other business and margin improvement through efficient Process Execution.
  • Potentially participate in internal strategic cross-unit programs and initiatives.

Tasks:

  • Opportunity monitoring for Deal Management process
  • Coordinate MU/Regional Deal Qualification Board sessions. Minutes creation.
  • Investment monitoring.
  • Quote creation/update based on Solutioning Center Estimation sheet.
  • MU/Regional Deal Review set up.
  • Support bid team (including opportunity owners, Solutioning Center) on procedures, policies, risk assessment, F&A alignment, template and other standard
  • Coordinate MU/Regional Approval process (Bid Council set-up, moderating, documentation & follow-up)
  • Control Harmony opportunities accordingly with bid process status
  • Ensure that process and document are compliant to DOA and bid management standards
  • Final Order Form review.
  • Set up Bid & Solutioning Briefing.

Education:

  • University degree, preferably in engineering, information technologies or economics

 

Requirements and Experience:

  • Good knowledge of English/Spanish (in addition, Portuguese is an asset)
  • Good communication skills and active listening
  • Organization and process-oriented skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Commitment to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAP
  • Ability to create and provide best practice recommendations.
  • Work experience (preferred but not excluded):
    • Hosting virtual meetings
    • Note taking
    • Managing inbox in Outlook
    • Working with virtual teams cross-border
    • Experience communicating with C-level executives
    • Decision making within own area of responsibility / project
