What you’ll do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Human Resources

Location: Lima, Peru

Type of contract: Práctica Pre-Profesional (Internship) or Práctica Profesional (Early Career Talent)

Duration:

  • Internship: six months with option to extend as long as student has not graduated
  • Early Career Talent: from six months up to one year

 

In this role, 

The Human Resources will sit next to HR Team and learn day to day basic tasks such as:

  • Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Support to daily Local HR Services activities: Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, etc.
  • Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives
  • Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.
  • Be responsible of all tasks about Onboarding and Offboarding process
  • Be responsible of organizing activities for organizational environment
  • Support in activities and implementation of internal and extern surveys (GPTW)

 

Who you are,

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Student or Recent University graduated (associates or bachelor’s degree)
  • Prefer schooling have an emphasis in one of the following careers studies: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
  • Oral and Written English Communication skills
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn with interactions on different LAC colleagues
  • Proactive, innovator, organized and goal oriented
  • Maximum of 1 year of experience in the area
  • Experience in a corporate environment is desired
