What you'll do:

  • Work with the PAC Team to deliver communications with partners and customers. Help with the collaboration solutions’ Go-To-Market process.
  • Create compelling and effective marketing designs including posters, videos, interviews and event branding
  • Responsible for PAC’s daily operation work
  • Responsible for PAC’s branding daily operation like SAP Jam
  • Event photography
  • Turn great news into social media shareables, responsible for PAC’s public release
  • Support in running marketing events, including marketing materials etc.
  • Create and update team documents like photos, videos, etc.
  • Get familiar with SAP products and PAC’s working process
  • Create reports and summaries after team meetings and projects
  • Support the organization of team events
  • Participate in different internal projects for improvement of the team efficiency
  • Support different external conference activities such as Huawei Connectivity, Alibaba Computing Conference, and China International Import Expo.

Skills / Competencies

  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Business writing skills
  • Knowledgeable about design and good at PR/PS/AE is a strong asset
  • Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills. Basic Excel skills
  • Video creation, editing and production

 

Educational Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • Willing to work 4-5 days a week for at least 6 months or longer
  • Previous experience with enterprise software and systems will be considered a plus

The SAP Partner Adoption Center (PAC) Intern is responsible for providing SAP PAC China operation and marketing support for the team. The successful candidate must have a breadth of experience in communications and a passion for connecting people with information in new and creative ways. You are an independent worker, but effective at collaborating with others and flexible to take on new and varied tasks.
