Customer Support team provides ongoing technology support and services to the world’s largest companies running SAP solutions. They follow-up post sales, ensure customer satisfaction, advise on product performance and maintenance issues, and more.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

As a Premium Services Consultant in Logistics (TM, EWM), you will analyze business processes and systems of international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to the project teams, IT managers and executives. It includes review of business processes design & implementation as well as support of customer projects.
For this role we are looking for passionate people with excellent consulting and communication skills. Since we provide services at our customer sites, business travel will be an essential part of this role (remote work during the pandemic period).
Services we deliver are related to:
•    SAP S/4HANA projects planning & safeguarding
•    Technical & functional assessments of business processes and their functional realization
•    Design reviews and gap validations
•    System monitoring, root cause analysis, issues resolution
•    Performance Optimizations and Volume Tests
Regular short-term (1 week per month) business trips (Europe, CIS, MENA) will be a part of your work when the pandemic is over.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES / WORK EXPERIENCE:
•    3+ years of experience in consulting, implementation or expert-level support of logistics modules of SAP ERP systems 
•    BS, MS university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Maths, Engineering, Logistics, Economics
•    Business processes knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas: purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, sales, billing, warehouse processes, transportation management, batch management, MRP, stock transfers
•    You have expert knowledge in one or more of the following ERP Logistics modules: TM or EWM
•    Ability to drill down into issues and solve complex problems
•    Ability to stretch outside of the comfort zone, proactive, communicative
English: Upper Intermediate
Russian: native speaker
•    Knowledge of processes and solutions specific for Russian Localization
•    Knowledge of IDocs, ALE, EDI, Workflow technologies
•    Ability to read ABAP code, debug it
