What you’ll do

Be prepared to drive business growth as the Executive Services Solution Advisor – also known as the Front Office of North America Cloud Success Services Business Office for the West Market Unit.  This dynamic leader is responsible for solution, sales, and innovation advisory, fulfilling an essential role as an embedded member of the Market Unit sales leadership function. 


The Front Office leader leverages resources from the across the NA Business Office including Heads of Industry, Intelligent Enterprise CoE, RISE, Cloud LoB, and BTP organizations to build virtual teams to support MU sales cycles and generate pipeline growth.  In this way, the Front Office leader acts as the concierge to ensure opportunities are optimally solutioned around customer outcomes.


Another key area of focus is energizing our customer’s transformation agenda.  In partnership with NA Business Office and Business Transformation team members, the Front Office leader will facilitate meaningful information exchange that establish a business process improvement vision for our customer’s S4 journey.


As the primary MU conduit for the Cloud Executive Advisory Team, the Front Office leader will also guide demand generation activities through accelerated account planning, integration with oCOO resources on appropriate campaigns, and provide insights that represent market demand triggers for the evolution of the CSS portfolio.


What you bring

The Front Office leader has responsibility for direct engagement of SAP customers and internal stakeholders in sales support situations.  As the dedicated connection between the NA Business Office and the Market Unit, this role requires a diverse set of skills including, sales strategy and solution insight, executive-level communication and relationship management, matrix team leadership and presentation skills.

  • Establish trust across internal / external stakeholders
  • Extensive relationship management skills and experience driving programs across senior relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate a vision across lines of business
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and run matrixed teams
  • Experience constructing solution strategy across several industries
  • Ability to create followership by communicating a vision and demonstrating credibility in consultative leadership interactions

Members of the NA Business Office Team serve a variety of Cloud Success Services strategy, portfolio, and sales purposes.  This Team works seamlessly with the Market Unit constituents to form an integrated Go-To-Market partnership working toward a common goal of adaptability and embracing a cloud mindset.  Within the Cloud Success Executive Advisory team, the Front Office leaders operate in close coordination with the Heads of Industry to drive a consistent and world class experience for SAP customers and MU stakeholders.
