Summary & Role Information
The Global SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization is planning to enhance architect capacities for engineering of application innovation services and professional management of innovation and operation in our strategic long-term customer engagements. The architect will assume ownership for services aiming to steer customers towards operational stability and performance and adoption of innovation along roadmaps that help consume advanced SAP software and services while aligning IT strategy with the business strategy. 

The Role:

• Actively work with teams to align Enterprise Cloud Services with current and future product and cloud services offerings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient rollout of new services and solutions
• Assist with the implementation of new technical solutions
• Support Go to market activities (Lead of customer focused solution design in Bid and Pre-sales phase) and interact with Pre-Sales and Sales on deal requirements (customer focused solution design)
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge
• Communicate effectively with business users to provide support and guidance on service offerings

Experience (Role Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong communication and social interaction skills in English is a must, other languages a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Previous experience or internships in IT support or related field is a plus
