Payroll Consultant - LAC

Role Description

Support regional payroll operations and projects in LAC countries with in-house and outsourced payroll, following policies and legal regulations locally and globally.

Reports to: Global Payroll, Latin America Head

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute daily payroll activities, working with local SMEs and stakeholders in LAC.
  2. Review operational tasks, assumptions, recommendations, and deadlines.
  3. Ensure compliance with updated labor, tax, and social security laws.
  4. Provide timely responses and guidance to employees’ inquiries.
  5. Meet payroll quality standards to achieve KPIs.
  6. Support internal and external audits.

  • Effective planning and task prioritization.

 

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Law (completed or final year).

 

Practical Experience

  • Relevant experience in payroll administration.
  • Operational and payroll processing knowledge.
  • Service-oriented work experience.

 

System Knowledge

  • Essential: Advanced MS Office, HCM ERP System.
  • Desirable: SAP system, HR applications, Argentina income tax knowledge.

 

Language Skills
Native in Spanish, fluent in Portuguese and English.
