The BTP Customer Adoption Advisors work as a part of the Adoption and Consumption(A&C) Center in the BTP Solution Area in CS&D.
The key role is to act as SAP BTP Extensions and Integration Solution Adoption and Consumption Advisor to guide our customers and Field colleagues with relevant knowledge and engage to bring the best outcomes from their cloud footprint via the Business Technology Platform. Focused on Adoption and Consumption, the Customer Adoption Senior Advisor will specialize in SAP BTP Extensions and Integration, helping a customer to understand what is needed to adapt to a business technology platform or enhance their usage of existing solutions through knowledge transfer, change management expertise, and functional business process guidance. The core deliverables are to:
• Engage with our customers and Front Office roles to deliver the value of SAP Customer Success with prescriptive guidance on BTP Extensions and Integration solution architecture and adoption topics focused around improving their core processes and business outcome through BTP use case assessment, solution advisory, custom built BTP solution demonstration
• Tailor content that will allow the A&C Center to scale and multiply consumption and extension best practices to deliver business value through our communities and Front Office engagements.
• Innovate with our Services and Front Office colleagues to drive the evolution of and architect new innovations for the SAP Customer Success tooling, offerings, and playbooks, including ways to expand platform usage and drive industry cloud adoption.
• Empower to help educate customers on how to be successful within and across LoB buying centres.
• Develop characteristic-based gold standards for increasing activation, consumption and expansion of SAP BTP Integration Solutions and Scale it across various customer segments.
Furthermore, the team supports Premium and standard cloud subscriptions with customers, partners, developers, and SAP internal teams where subject matter expertise is required related to success plans and the supported Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an SME for usage and value realization of the SAP BTP Integrations and Extensions by providing functional expertise on how to best integrate, extend and deliver on desired business value.
• Collaborate with the different stakeholders, including but not limited to Product Management, engineering, Customer Success Managers and Account Teams etc.
• Deliver 1:1 and 1:M workshops remotely and in-person with customers on Adoption and Consumption topics relating to business capabilities, integration, reporting, and extension via the Business Technology Platform.
• Guide to build PoC’s/Value Accelerators based on customer requirements (via Field roles or the Regional Heads) for potential enhancement to SAP Customer Success Programs. (Premium and Standard)
• Develop tooling and playbooks to help scale and increase the ability for SAP to grow functional insights around customers to ensure delivered business outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional experience remotely and onsite with customers when needed.
Requirements:
• University undergraduate degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, or comparable educational background.
• Strong working experience with cloud-based applications and overall experience of more than 5 years; on architecture and advisory of BTP.
• Expertise in one or more of BTP topics across BTP Integration Suite, Clean Core, Side by Side Extensions using CAP , Kyma etc, BUILD Automation, Build Apps , ABAP Cloud , HANA Cloud etc.
• Knowledge of the below offerings are a plus.
o SAP Analytics Cloud
o SAP Datasphere
o SAP BW
o one or more SAP LoB cloud product i.e. SuccessFactors, Ariba, S4HANA, CX, DSC etc
• Have customer engagement and management experience for realization of cloud offerings.
• Language proficiency is a must with the candidate possessing the ability to fluently converse in Portuguese and English. In addition, Spanish language knowledge would be good to have.
• Ability to understand development, integration, and reporting capabilities in context of how they can be used to support customer business requirements.
• Experience in development, implementation, and enablement of (SAP Cloud Solutions and Platform) modules.
