About the team

This internship requires that you work across multiple SAP organizations, engaging with Regional and Market Unit Services leadership, Regional and MU Partner Ecosystem Success leadership, GSSP team, GB team, and the Global Services Business Office Services Ecosystem team to support the development of our partner engagement strategy in line with the 2023 Services Strategy.

Our goal is to establish an influenced sales engagement model to help our Global and Regional partners to succeed in the market, build their practices and deliver superior outcomes for SAP customers.

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP iXP Intern - Strategic Alliances Support Specialist

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

In this role, you’ll:

• Alignment with global (GSSP), Regional (RSP) partners, Hyperscalers and T2&T3 service partners.
• Follow MU BR's goals with partners
• Alignment with the various business areas of MU BR (Industries, LoBs, support, Customer Office, Customer Engagement, etc.)
• Easy relationship with the various partners and internal teams
• In-depth knowledge of the Partner Code of Conduct
• Ease in collaboration with the diverse partners engagement and customer service

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Well-developed analytical skills
• Ability to deliver finished work in self-standing manner under tight timelines
• Good communication skills, ability to create clear and compelling lines of argument. Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to design, prepare and deliver high-impact presentations. Knowledge in excel would be a benefit.
• Ability to gather knowledge on new subject matter from across a range of sources
• Good sense of humor
• Solid understanding of current major strategic themes and market environment
• Tolerance for ambiguity and working in a highly dynamic environment
• Integrity and confidentiality
