What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Center of Expertise
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Expected start date to end date: January/February 2026
- Assist the Management Team, manage their schedule, travel, expenses, correspondence etc pro-actively and accurately;
- Support Premium Engagement operations connecting internal areas;
- Arrange and manage company events, including VIP visits;
- Create and maintain reports and prepare presentations;
- Establish and maintain contacts with external organizations and individuals over Latinamerica;
- Prepare newsletters and other communication to be distributed within SAP locally;
- Provide all kinds of administrational help, keeping meeting minutes, organizing meetings, training calendar, support in audit processes;
What You’ll Bring

- Currently studying Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Secretarial or related areas;
- Proven excellent communication skills in English (spoken, written, and reading);
- Proven planning & organizing skills;
- Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Spanish would be beneficial;
- Service oriented with a kind and friendly personality;
- Curious about new techniques, technologies, and tools;
- Fast learner;
- Creative and innovative;

Center of Expertise Brazil is part of the CSS organization focused on performing highly specialized remote and onsite services for Brazilian customers as well as LA overseas customers. Our goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation.
As our intern you will assist the management CoE Team. You will take on a wide-range of tasks from ensuring the effective organization of the CoE Brazil office, supporting Premium Engagement operation, event organization and some finance and HR tasks as well . Initiative, creativity and solution orientation will be key for a successful execution of this role. The actual scope of the position will depend on the experience of the applicant, and it will be linked to performance.
