About the team:

Our growing operations team is looking for students to leverage initiatives to enhance the model CSPs operate and deliver customer engagement. Ongoing initiatives such as dashboards, app developments, event organizations and reports aims to make it easier to CSP to collect customer information, important contract deadlines and customer adoption. This position is key for the strategy of the whole Customer Success program.

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Customer Engagement Support

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil

In this role, you’ll

• Assistance in post-sales forecast: Pipeline adjustments, weekly forecast calls with leaders and CSP's.
• Presentations
• Control of renewal opportunities
• Organize events in the area
• Creation of new reports
• Creation of projects for governance of the area.

Who you are:

• Currently studying Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Technology or related courses

• We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning with an opportunity to develop a corporate holistic view.
• Advanced English communication skills (written & spoken);
• Advanced MS Excel, Power Point skills;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, so strong communication skill is a must;
• Comfortable in working on a dynamic and complex high-performing sales environment.
• Being organized is essential to perform;
• Analytical skills: asks the right questions to identify the best solution path;
• Multi-tasking/prioritization skills;
• Team player attitude/empathy: polite, helpful, who enjoys collaborating and have fun;
• Quick learner who can adapt to fast-paced work environments and seek on continuous self-learning. Keen to learn and a positive attitude, even in the face of a challenge
